Jade Bailey
Architectural Designer
Co-founder of Joyh Design studio and a freelance architect. Jade is foremost an architectural designer and entrepreneur based in Vienna, Austria. Her passion lies between future orientated design compositions and spatial configurations that challenge the conventional design norms, incorporating a sensitive approach to sustainability and ecological awareness through considerations of materiality, circular economies and efficient design systems. Her aim is to evoke specific emotions, encourage dialogue, and inspire action toward a harmonious coexistence of human, digital and biological entities. Jade has worked within the corporate architecture industry for almost 10 years gaining invaluable knowledge and insight. She also teaches at the University of Innsbruck, where she aims to contribute by challenging and broadening conventional ways of thinking and engaging with architecture.
Oliver Hamedinger
Architectural Designer
Co-founder of Joyh Design Studio and a freelance architectural designer working closely with architect Julia Körner on innovative 3D printing projects.
Oliver delves into the boundaries of 3D fabrication methods and computational design, specialising in functional ornamentation within architecture that occupies the intersection between the human and non-human realms. He has a knowledge base in electrical engineering which goes hand in hand with innovating new technologies for the building sector. In addition, he actively promotes the exchange of knowledge and fresh perspectives within the architectural field through teaching, serving as a lecturer at the University of Innsbruck.
